2018 WEMTA Spring Conference Exhibitor Information
Exhibit Hours and Set Up Times:
Sunday, March 25, 2018 - set up: 12:00 to 6:30 pm
Monday, March 26, 2018 - set up: 8:00 am to 10:00 am
Monday, March 26, 2018 - booth hours: 10:15 am to 5:30 pm
Tuesday, March 27, 2018 - booth hours: 8:30 am to 11:00 am
Tuesday, March 27, 2018 - tear down / move out: begins at 11:10 am
Booth cost - $475 for WEMTA Business Members / $575 for non-members. Lists of all conference attendees will be emailed to only exhibitors who are WEMTA members. (If you are not already a WEMTA member and would like to join before signing up for a booth, please go to this link)
All booth registrations come with 1 free box lunches on Monday. If you need additional lunches for your booth staff, they can be purchased for $20 each. Booths include an 8' table, 2 chairs and draping.
Exhibitors will work directly with Valley Expo for any additional items they may need for their booth (i.e. electricity).
